The next meeting of the Bankhead Liaison Panel will be held Thursday, February 7, 2013.  The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM at the First National Bank in Double Springs, AL.  The First National Bank is located on Highway 278 across from Jack’s Restaurant.

The meeting topics will include:

·         Collier Creek Watershed Forest Health & Restoration Project

·         Precommercial Thinning Project Proposal

·         Restoration Monitoring Team Report

Wild South is a long-standing active member of the Bankhead Liaison Panel.  These meetings are open to the public and we encourage everyone who has an interest in our Bankhead National Forest to attend.
