Wild South movie night!

Global Frackdown Day of Action

Saturday, October 19, 2013

Wild South’s Alabama office

5:30 – 7:45 p.m.

RSVP

Wild South is partnering with Food and Water Watch for Global Frackdown, a worldwide day of action against fracking.

Join us in the Wild South office  for the screening of the film Triple Divide, which is described as investigative journalism seeking truth about the impacts of fracking. It is produced by PublicHerald.org, a nonprofit company.  The film is 90 minutes long.

Doors open at 5:30, film begins at 6:00.  In the interim, there will be socializing and Wild South staff and key Kill The Drill activists will say a few words about what’s going on in our National Forests in Alabama regarding oil and gas drilling.

Space in our office will be, shall we say, cozy?  Space is limited to 25 seats so sign up quick!  RSVP above or call 256-974-6166.

We will provide the popcorn; guests byob.  There are all kinds of non-alcoholic beverages in the Warrior Mountains Trading Company, which is attached to our office.
